If you received an item as a gift or do not have a receipt, you may return it to us for a credit for the most recent selling price of the item that can be used on LaCrosseFootwear.com. Please note that we can only offer store credit for items we are currently selling on LaCrosseFootwear.com.
In order to receive a store credit, the item must be in new, unused condition, in the original packaging and purchased/gifted within the last year.
Please include a note in the box with your name, email, phone number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

If we are not able to authorize the return we will send the boots back to you in the same condition received.
If we are able to authorize the return we will setup an account for you on LaCrosseFootwear.com, if one does not already exist and issue you the store credit. You'll need to set your password using the link emailed to get into your account and use the credit.
