Once an order is placed, if the product is in stock, it typically takes 24–48 business hours for the order to process and ship. During sale periods and holidays we may have additional time added to shipping estimates to give you the most accurate expectation of delivery times. Our most up to date delivery estimates are provided in Cart at the time of checkout.
When an item in your order has shipped, a tracking number will be generated and sent to the email address associated with your order for you to track at your convenience. If you placed an order with multiple items, some items may ship separately; you’ll be notified as each item ships.
If you ordered an item on backorder, the backorder date is still subject to change. You can sign into your account for the most up-to-date expected ship date or reach out to us direct for a timeframe update.
