If the item is in new/unused condition, purchased within the last year, and still available for purchase on LaCrosseFootwear.com, it is eligible to be returned for a store/website credit. Please ship the item to us in protected packaging to the address below and include a note in the box with your name, email, phone number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

Keep a copy of your shipment receipt with tracking until the return is processed.
If we are not able to authorize the return, we will send the boots back to you in the same condition received.
If your return meets the criteria outlined above, we will apply a credit to your LaCrosseFootwear.com account and notify you via email. If an account does not already exist, one will be created using the information provided to us with your return.
