If you purchased discounted product from lacrossefootwear.com during one of our Semi-Annual Sales, we are more than happy to help you get into the right size as long as the item is still in new, unused condition.
We are able to offer size exchanges for the same style and color purchased on the original order. There may be exchange limitations at the time of return so we recommend starting the return process to see if the item you would like to exchange is eligible. If we are not able to offer an exchange at the time of your return, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment and would be more than happy to send an accommodation discount for repurchase.
Use the below web form to initiate your exchange. Once completed, you will receive a free shipping label via the same email address you used to place your order. In addition to your return label, a packing slip will also be printed that should be included in the box.
